Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Midlands is issuing a call to men to take time out of their schedules and be a mentor to one of the 90+ boys currently waiting for Big. From September 11th to December 31st we are focusing on recruiting 100 Men in 100 Days to help our Littles realize their potential.

Being a mentor is fun, fulfilling experience where you will spend one-on-one time with a child for a couple hours, two to four times a month.  The children are between the ages of 7 and 14.

Together, our Bigs and Littles do all kinds of activities in the community such as: going to the park, shooting hoops, visiting your public library, playing video games or trying new foods. Big Brothers Big Sisters of the Midlands receives donated tickets for community events as well as host monthly activities for matches to attend.

Our mentors have a long-lasting, positive effect on children’s confidence and social skills. As a mentor, you will feel the value of the friendship you’ve built with your Little as you witness how you both grow as individuals.

Sign up today and be part of our 100 Men in 100 Days campaign. Start a life-changing friendship with a young person in our community.
